Precaution

Also do not take Tadalafil with any drug containing nitrate. Nitrates are used to treat angina. Angina is a symptom of heart that can cause pain in your chest, jaw or down your arm. Medicines such as nitroglycerin present in tablets, ointments or patches should not be taken with Cialis.
Nitrate can also be found in some recreational drugs called “poppers†such amyl nitrite and butyl nitrite. Do not take Tadalafil when you are using this drug. The most common side effects caused by taking Tadalafil are headache, indigestion, back pain, flushing, and running nose. These side effects stop after some few hours. Tadalafil may uncommonly cause an erection that last up to 4 hours, if you experience this consult your doctor immediately, in some instances you may experience vision changes such as seeing a blue tinge to objects or having problem differentiating blue from green. Tadalafil should not be taken with alcohol as it will cause the side effects of the drug to increase.
