Tadalafil
Tadalafil also known as Tadalafil is drug used by patients with problems of erectile dysfunction (ED). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to produce and sustain an erectile hard enough for penetration. Tadalafil is as effective as Viagra in treating erectile dysfunction.

How does it work

How to use
Tadalafil is an oral prescription drug taken with a full glass of water. You can take it either with or without food and Cialis can be taken between 30 minutes to 12 hours before sexual activity. Tadalafil should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor and the recommended starting dose of Cialis is usually 10mg, but if the effect of the dose is too weak your doctor may increase it to 20mg.
When using Cialis, “safe sex†should be practiced because it does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases. It should not be taken by women or children. Also, it is important you know that Tadalafil does not cure erectile dysfunction.
Precaution
Discuss your medical conditions with your doctor before using Tadalafil, let your doctor know your state of health like heart problems such as irregular heart beats, or had a heart attack once, stroke, low or high blood pressure, stomach ulcer, bleeding problems, deformed penis or retinitis pigmentosa.
Also do not take Tadalafil with any drug containing nitrate such as nitroglycerin and alpha blockers, because the drugs may combine with each other and cause your blood pressure to drop significantly.
Recreational drugs, such Butyl nitrite and amyl nitrite known as “poppers†should be avoided while taking Tadalafil. Also, inform you doctor if you are taking Tadalafil with any medication, either prescribed or non-prescribed. Do not take Tadalafil more than once under 24 hours.
Tadalafil Side effects
Some temporary side effects of Tadalafil include headaches, back pain and muscle aches, flushing, stuffy or running nose and indigestion. Both back pain and muscle aches usually occurs within 12-24 hours after taking Tadalafil and it does not last longer than 48 hours.
Let your doctor know when you experience any of these side effects. In rare cases a painful erection that may last more than 4 hours may occur, inform you doctor immediately. Avoid alcohol when using Tadalafil as it will increase side effects of the drug.
Storage
Tadalafil should be stored in its original container away from light and moisture at temperature between 15-30 degrees Celsius. It should be kept from the reach of children.
